What can I say about N.L. Wilson? Without them, I wouldn’t be here, so there’s that. On the other hand, would it have killed them to give me a fantastic body? Okay, I get that I’m 40-something, with a few miles on the odometer. But seriously, they could have made me preternaturally young, like Halle Berry. Or Gwyneth Paltrow. Or Selma Hayek. But I digress.

The first thing you have to know is that N.L. Wilson is not a single person. It’s actually a writing team comprised of Norah Wilson and Heather Doherty.

No offence, but Norah’s solo romance stuff is a little … um … romantic for my tastes. Don’t get me wrong – Norah’s the reason I get to have all those smexy times with Dylan. But that whole happy-ever-after thing? When you’ve busted as many cheaters as I have, it gets a little hard to cling to the fantasy, know what I mean? But if you like that sort of thing, Norah writes killer romantic suspense and smoking hot paranormal romance. She also writes other stuff with Heather Doherty, mostly YA paranormal.

Oh and then there’s Heather Doherty. Could two authors be more different? I’m surprised they can get together on the page long enough to create me! One thing’s for certain. though – you don’t have to worry about going into sugar shock whilst reading one of Heather’s literary tales. She’s got some serious writing chops, no joke. When she’s not torturing her characters or embroiling me in increasingly more bizarre situations, she can be found with Norah, pulling together those scare-you-spitless young adult paranormal tales. (Yeah, I know, she should be devoting all her time to me, but what’s a gal to do?) Heather shares her Fredericton home with her husband, two adult sons, and a growing collection of crystals, candles, and awesome Tarot decks.
